Being chained in this manner might look easy, but the pain in the arms, shoulders and legs soon kicks in. As a result, the prisoner had to spend as much time as possible standing on his toes thus alleviating the pain in his arms. A ballgag, a tight rubber gas mask, and a single track of music played over and over again directly in his ears added to his discomfort and pain. However, it is clear to see, from the Prisoner’s tight football shorts, the effect this method of restraint was having on him.

Absolutely. There’s a ballgag underneath it. And if you look carefully, you can just make out the white wires connected to the earphones placed inside the Prisoner’s ear. Loud music from the Prisoner’s iPhone is being played on repeat. The Prisoner’s iPhone is shoved down the left hand side of his already tight shorts!
